Prof. Bamire A.S.
Bamire Adebayo Simeon, a native of Oyan in Odo-Otin Local Government Area of Osun State, Nigeria, was born in 1959. He commenced his elementary education at Datus Nursery/Primary Preparatory School, Accra, Ghana and completed it at St. Clares’ Nursery and Primary School, Osogbo. He attended St. Charles’ Grammar School, Osogbo, from 1972 to 1976.
Professor Bamire was admitted into the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife), where he studied Agricultural Economics and was awarded a Bachelor of Agriculture (B.Agric.) degree in 1985.
Prof. M.O. Babalola
Professor Olubola Babalola obtained Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, Master of Science in Quantity Surveying and Doctor of Philosophy with specialization in Construction Management at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife between the year 1987 and 2006. After graduation, she gained employment into the Department of Quantity Surveying of the same University as a Graduate Assistant in 1993 and rose to become a Professor in 2012.
Professor O.M.A. Daramola
Professor Yomi Daramola, one of the Nigerian trained Musicologists/Ethnomusicologists and Performers, started his music career at the Oyo State College of Education (now Osun State College of Education) Ilesa. He later joined the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) as a student in the Department of Music and became the first student of the Department to graduate with a First Class Honours in Music with an Outstanding Student’s Award by the University and was also the first Ph.D. product of the Department.
Dr. F. Z. Oguntuase
Oguntunase Femi Zaccheaus was born on 13th April, 1956 at Iro-Ekiti, Ekiti State. He started his primary education at St. Luke’s Primary School, Iro-Ekiti and later attended Ansar-Ud-Deen Grammar School, Ikare Akoko between 1970 and 1974. He proceeded to the then University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University from 1977 to 1981 where he obtained a Bachelor of Art Degree in English Language/Education. Subsequently, he was admitted into the University of Ibadan in 1984 for a Master of Library Studies (MLS) degree. In order to equip himself with essential dynamic skills to function in the challenging and changing Nigerian environment.
Margaret Idowu OMOSULE
Margaret Idowu OMOSULE (Nee EJIMIRHUGBE), a native of Ughelli South Local Government, Delta Central Senatorial District, Delta State , was born on April 8, 1961 in Arijan, Ogun State.
The new Registrar holds a Bachelor of Art (B.A)(ed.) degree in History (1984) and Masters degree (M. A) in Guidance and Counselling (1990) both from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She is currently on her Ph.D Programme in the Department of Educational Foundations and Counselling, Faculty of Education, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
Mr. Ayansola S.O.
Until his appointment, Mr. Ayansina worked in the Finance Department of the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Oyo State, as a Deputy Bursar/Financial Controller. Born on the 15th day of February, 1962, in the ancient city of Eruwa in Oyo State, Samson Ayansina attended Methodist Primary School, Ago–Ajala, Temidire, Eruwa, between 1969 and 1974 before proceeding to Baptist Modern/ Commercial School, Eruwa from 1974 to 1978. He obtained his West Africa School Certificate in 1984 and thereafter, gained admission into The Polytechnic, Ibadan (1984 – 1986) where he obtained a National Diploma and emerged Overall Best Student in Business Administration. While in the Polytechnic, Mr. Ayansina obtained an Advanced Level (‘A’ Level) General Certificate of Education.
