The Ceremonials Committee cordially invites members of staff who wish to participate in the ceremonial processions during the 49th Convocation, set to take place from the 11th to 13th of December 2025, to express their interest accordingly.

• Department/Faculty
• Contact Phone Number
• Specific Date(s) of Intended Participation in the Procession

We wish to emphasize that priority will be given to registrants affiliated with departments and faculties scheduled to present graduands on the respective days, as outlined in the official programme for the 49th Convocation.

Please be advised that the final deadline for submissions is Sunday, the 30th of November 2025.
