OAU Staff Members Records Update

The University is in the process of updating staff records in order to provide data to support institutional planning and capacity development.

In line with this, staff are enjoined to update their records on the platform developed for this purpose.

TILL:             Friday, August 25, 2023

KINDLY PROVIDE ACCURATE DATA, PATICULARLY AS IT CORRESPONDS WITH YOUR RECORDS AT ACADEMIC STAFF ESTABLISHMENT (ACSE), (ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF ESTABLISHMENT (ATSE) and JUNIOR STAFF ESTABLISHMENT & WELFARE (JSE&W).

THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES ARE IMPORTANT:

  1. Once you login, please click the “Update Profile” button.
  2. Entries on this form can only be updated TWO TIMES.
  3. Fields with grey background colour are NOT editable but fields with white background colour can be updated (are editable).
  4. You may select more than one academic qualification.
  5. You can only select Faculty or Department after choosing your Staff Group.
  6. All fields apart from the “Photo Upload” field must be filled and are required before the form can be submitted.
  7. If any data error is discovered with any of the “Non Editable” fields, kindly send an email to dpa@oauife.edu.ng. Please allow for 48 hours for resolution of the record error.
  8. If an option is missing in any of the “DROP DOWN” buttons, also send an email to dpa@oauife.edu.ng. Please allow for 48 hours for resolution of the form error.
  9. You will receive an email, confirming your submission within 24 hours.
