You are cordially invited to a book launch in honour of Prof. Adebisi Afolayan. Prof. Afolayan was a staff of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife from 1976 until his retirement in 1990.   He was the founding Professor and Head of the Department of English, initially called Department of Language Arts from 1977-1981.

He served as the Dean, Faculty of Arts from 1981 to 1983, and the University in various other capacities.
