The Appointment and Promotions Committee of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, extends its gratitude for the generous donation made by Professor Ebunoluwa Adejuyigbe from the Department of Paediatrics & Child Health. Professor Adejuyigbe’s donation of 30 units of HP Laptop computers was formally acknowledged during the Appointment and Promotions Committee meeting on December 27, 2023. During the meeting, the customary extensive paperwork was replaced with a single accessible PDF file on the laptops, providing a more streamlined and efficient process for all committee members.

The Vice-Chancellor, along with all Principal Officers of the University, Provosts, Deans, and the representative of the Honourable Minister of Education (acting on behalf of the Council), unanimously commended Professor Ebunoluwa Adejuyigbe for this generous gesture. Additionally, esteemed research grant holders from Obafemi Awolowo University, namely Professors Alatise, Adisa, Aransiola and Ajadi and Drs Atanda Oladejo and Adebanjo Adegbola, were present at the event and their contributions to the growth and development of the university were acknowledged.
