The Management of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, heartily congratulates all Muslim faithful within and beyond the University community on the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Adha.

As we celebrate this sacred festival of sacrifice, obedience, faith, and compassion, the University urges all members of the Muslim Ummah to continue to uphold the noble values exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (AS), particularly selflessness, devotion to God, peaceful coexistence, and service to humanity.

The University also encourages members of the community to use the occasion to pray for sustained peace, unity, progress, and prosperity for the nation and the institution.
