Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, will host its 427th Inaugural Lecture, presented by Professor Folorunso Abayomi Ezekiel, Professor of Botany. Titled “Bond Between Plant and People — Covalent or Non-Covalent?”, the lecture will take place on Tuesday, 11th August 2026, at 5:00 PM in Oduduwa Hall, OAU, offering thought-provoking insights into the scientific relationship between plants and humanity.
