The items will be available for inspection at the company’s premises, near Conference Centre & Guest Houses Limited on the Obafemi Awolowo University Campus at Ile-Ife from 12th of May 2023, from 9.00am and 3.00pm daily (Monday to Friday).
Interested persons should pay the prescribed non-refundable fee for Bidding Form into OAUICL FIRST BANK PLC, Bank Account Number 2018134281 and collect Bidding Form from the Company’s Internal Auditor at the Company’s office, near Conference Centre & Guest Houses Limited, upon presentation of evidence of payment.
Sale of Bidding Forms commences on 15th day of May, 2023 and submission of completed form closes on 23rd day of May, 2023 at 3.00pm.
Completed Bidding form(s), to which a photocopy of the receipt of payment of the prescribed NON-REFUNDABLE fee is attached, should be submitted to the Company’s Accountant, in a sealed envelope and marked on the right hand side “BID FOR ITEMS” with the Item Lot No. written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
Public opening of Bids and Auctioning is 30th day of May, 2023 at 10.00am in OAUICL PREMISES, Obafemi Awolowo University Campus, Ile-Ife.
Deadline for Clearance of Purchased Items from the company’s premises is 6th day of June, 2023.
